Caddo Sheriff's deputies donated $1,022 to the Salvation Army to provide toys for children this Christmas season. Shreveporter arrested for using stolen credit card Mar 11, 2010 A Shreveport woman was arrested for using a stolen credit card to purchase gift cards and merchandise.Tequilla Harvey, 23, of the 2900 block of Murphy Street, was arrested by Caddo Sheriff's Detective Bobby Herring for unauthorized use of an access card.Harvey was employed at a local restaurant, where she stole a customer’s credit card and later used the card to make $573 in unauthorized charges. ...
